Our Products

Products currently available on this website are made using carefully selected vintage treasures, predominantly buttons. As a result it is impossible to know the full details of the materials used, which are described to the best of our ability. The items are then set in individually hand-crafted sterling silver settings. This is the material generally worn next to the skin, and therefore is unlikely to cause irritation. We are unable to take responsibility for the material content of the antique and vintage elements.

Silver will tarnish over time and can be cleaned with a soft cloth and with any off the shelf silver cleaning product. When cleaning make sure any solution is used only on the silver areas, as often other materials are more delicate and may be damaged by cleaning solutions.

Payment

Secure payments are made via Paypal when purchasing through our website. Once payment has been authorised you will receive a confirmation email. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability of the the item you require.

Shipping

Items in stock will be dispatched the following day from your order. Shipping within the UK is free. Items are sent recorded delivery through Royal Mail and therefore require a signature on delivery: please ensure someone will be able to do so. Recorded delivery takes on average 2 to 3 working days, although Royal Mail do not guarantee this timescale. If an item is required more urgently please contact us to arrange next day delivery (providing item is in stock) and we will advise on charges for this.

Please note:  Special orders and commissioned pieces usually take approximately 4 weeks.

Returns

Items you are not 100% happy with can be returned within 7 working days. These must be sent recorded delivery and return postal charges are the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued through the original method of payment minus postal charges. Goods must be returned in the condition they were issued and in the original packaging to avoid damage in transit. Products

We aim to describe the products as accurately as possible. However items may not be shown as exact size, and variations in colour occur depending on the device they are viewed from. Our products are all handcrafted so slight variations from images may occur.

Sizing

Chain length is given on each necklace.

Ring sizes are stated and generally these can be made larger (up to 3 sizes) but not smaller. This chart may be helpful before you make your purchase.
